First Visit
If you have questions regarding massage, please feel free to call us.  During your first visit it is normal to feel nervous.  You will be asked to complete a brief medical history, which your therapist will review with you.  You will be left alone in the massage room to undress to the level you are comfortable with.  You will be draped with a sheet at all times during the massage.  Privacy and comfort is always taken into consideration at The Relaxation Center.

Our massage tables are heated for your comfort.  Rooms are softy lit and relaxation music is played during your massage.

The following rates apply to relaxation massage, therapeutic massage, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, pregnancy massage, and Reiki (energy work).

Full Session Massage  $65.00
Full body massage, lasting approximately one hour.

Half Session Massage  $35.00
Area specific massage (such as back & neck), lasting approximately 30 minutes.

Extended Session Massage  $85.00
Full body massage, lasting approximately 90 minutes.

Relaxation Massage:  Swedish massage for total relaxation and stress reduction.

Therapeutic Massage:  Massage addressing specific complaints, disorders, or illness such as headaches, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and depression.

Craniosacral Therapy:  CST is a gentle hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system.  Using a soft touch, the therapist may release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the funtioning of the central nervous system.

Neuromuscular Therapy:  The body can refer pain far away from the root cause of the pain.  NMT is a special manipulation technique that balances the central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system.

Sports Massage:  A deeper massage addressing specific muscle groups used by athletes.

Pregnancy Massage:  Gentle massage to address the special needs of the mother and developing baby.

Reiki (energy work):  Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and if this energy is low then we are more likely to get sick and feel stress.

Additional Services:

Deep Tissue Massage:  $40.00/$70.00/$90.00                                                            Massage addressing deep muscles and old injury sites.  Available as a half session, full session or extended session.                                                    

Aromassage  $70.00
Full body massage using pure essential oils such as lavender, eucalyptus, or rosemary.  Lasts approximately one hour.

Hot Stone Massage  $80.00
Full body massage using warm basalt river stones.  Enjoy a deep state of relaxation as the heat penetrates to the deepest muscles.

Sinus Massage  $40.00/$70.00
Half hour or one hour massage focusing on relief of the sinuses and allergies using aromatherapy, a heated herbal sinus pillow, and trigger point therapy.

Intuitive Touch Therapy:  $75.00                                                                                   Through massage the therapist is able to release built up emotions and memories stored in the body.  Learn to listen to what your body is saying.

On-Site Chair Massage  $70.00/hour
Available for corporate events and private parties, we bring the therapist to you for a 10-15 minute chair massage.
