Massage has long been known for its relaxation benefits, but has only recently been recognized for its many therapeutic benefits. Physicians have begun prescribing massage services, and insurance companies are beginning to understand the importance of massage for their health. Massage is not considered just a luxury anymore.

The immediate benefits of massage include stress reduction, decreased heart rate, decreased blood pressure, and increased blood flow/circulation. It helps to flush toxins out of the body, decreasing inflammation and pain. Massage has been proven to be helpful in dealing with fibromyalgia, arthritis, headaches, migraines, stiff joints, depression, anxiety, anorexia, and bulimia, just to name a few.

All of our therapists are licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio. We are a member of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) and a member of the Milford-Miami Township Chamber of Commerce.
